Day 3 After having a breakfast, we to the 'Makam Mahsuri'. This is the place you must visit if you go to Pulau Langkawi. You can read about the Legend of Mahsuri here.

After visit the Mahsuri, we decided to go back to the motel because we have to check out before noon. Our flight is 7.30 pm. We got another 5-6 hour before departure from Lankawi. We decided to having a lunch at Pekan Kuah. There are few places you can go at Pekan Kuah. One of the famous is the Dataran Helang.

We spend for 3 hour at Pekan Kuah. Spend some money to buy some goodies to bring back. Then we go straight to the airport.

Read the previous story here . So the second day in Pulau Langkawi, after having a breakfast, we decided to go for shopping.For your information, Langkawi is a Free Duty if u want to shopping. One of the popular pace in called Idaman Suri. This is the place for women to buy glassware. The price is very cheap compare if i buy from KL. So we nearly 2 hour. Then after that, we go for lunch.



For the evening program, i already booked a boat for Island Tour. Its takes 4 hour tour by boat. The first destination is called 'Pulau Tasik Dayang Bunting'. Its means 'Lake of the Pregnant Maiden'. Then, we go to Pulau Helang and the last Island is called 'Pulau Beras Basah'.
At 6.30pm, we go back to Langkawi island and get prepare for dinner.

Malaysia - Pulau Langkawi - Day 1

Do you know Langkawi is one of the best place in Malaysia to go for vacation? Langkawi Island which is known as Pulau Langkawi is located at North of peninsular of Malaysia in Kedah state.Pulau Langkawi is the biggest island among the group of 99 island.

Day 1

Last week, my family and i go to the vacation at this island. This is my second time in Pulau Langkawi. We go to Pulau Langkawi by plane. So, we departure from KLIA at 11.00am and arived at Langkawi International Airport at 12.10pm.



After arriving at the airport, I continue to find car for hire. I got budget rental car and it cost me just RM140 for 3 days. Then we go to the Budget Motel at Pantai Cenang. The price is very reasonable and very nice room. The best feature is the motel provide with free WIFI.

So, after having a lunch, we decided to go to Langkawi Cable Car which is located at Gunung Mat Chincang. This is the one of best attraction place in Pulau Langkawi. Its take around 15-20 minute drive from my motel. We stay at the top of the mountain for 2 hour. And after that, going down and go back to the motel.





Beside the Cable car area, there is one more attraction place and that is call Telaga Tujuh water fall. 'Telaga Tujuh' means seven wells. It just 5 minute drive to the waterfall from the cable car station.
